University of Pennsylvania Club Badminton is a student-run, all-levels club for anyone interested in badminton. Most members join through Open Play, which is a fun and welcoming way to play recreationally, meet other students, and improve at your own pace. We also have a Competitive Team with dedicated practices that represents Penn at tournaments and collegiate matches throughout the year, with tryouts required to join. Whether you've played for years or are picking up a racket for the first time, we welcome both undergraduate and graduate students and hope to see you on the court!

If you enjoy playing badminton, meeting new people, making friends with other players, and feeling like you are part of a team, Penn Badminton is perfect for you! We host 2–4 sessions every week and also host our own social events — from Halloween movie nights to dinners out at Han Dynasty to bubble tea breaks after practice!
We host both recreational and competitive players! All levels of experience are welcome!
